Big ideas are worthless

without the right execution.

We believe that an organisation’s brand, is it’s most valuable asset. Brands consistently maintained have strength, durability and recognition. Branding is about creating and maintaining perceived customer value. It is a unique combination of rational and emotional qualities associated with a product, service or company.

Successful brands maintain success because people believe in them.

Our process is simple. Our approach is considered.
Our solutions are meticulous.

There are no special formulas… no elaborate graphs or systems… no trademarked processes with fancy names… just clear, lateral thinking!

We know you… and we understand your business objectives. We provide that essential ‘right side of the brain’ creativity… to your ‘left side of the brain’ strategic vision and brand acumen. This unique collaboration results in a seamless union of like minded experts with a common goal.

Design is an endless exercise in communication. We go beyond simply answering a brief, to design considered solutions that work now and into the future.

We strongly believe in the power of relationships.

An open and trustworthy working relationship is a critical factor in developing focussed design solutions that deliver. As a testament to this, a number of our current clients have worked with us for over 15 years.

As well as private enterprise, we have a wealth of experience in working with Australian Federal and State Government organisations, and have designed, managed and consulted on a variety of branding projects for many years. Agencies such as: ASEA (Federal Government Agency – Asbestos Safety and Eradication Agency), NICNAS (Federal Government Agency – National Industrial Chemicals Notification and Assessment Scheme), EOWA (Federal Government Agency – Equal Opportunity for Women in the Workplace Agency) and Sydney Olympic Park Authority.

The power of giving.

For the past decade we have offered our time, expertise and design skills to a few not-for-profit charity organisations. The pleasure and satisfaction we get from this is immeasurable. The benefit these charities gain from our involvement is priceless. We feel honoured to be able to offer pro-bono design work and advice across a variety of services.

Look Good Feel Better
Run by the Cancer Patients Foundation, Look Good Feel Better workshops help women, men and teens better cope with the appearance-related side-effects caused by cancer treatment. In Australia, more than 120,000 people have participated in the program, which now offers approximately 1,000 workshops nationwide in more than 180 venues. With no government funding, the charity relies heavily on the generosity of cosmetic industry and community supporters to provide free workshops. A vital part of the much needed funding comes from a major annual gala dinner event – Dream Ball. Ident has created the branding and promotional collateral for this spectacular yearly event for the past decade.
GO Foundation
GO Foundation provides scholarships to Indigenous students from kindergarten through to university, in both public and independent schools. Founded by Sydney Swans Legends, Adam Goodes and Michael O’Loughlin, GO Foundation began its focus on education in 2014. Ident was approached in 2016 to rebrand the charity to help them leverage their strong foundation and embrace the next stage of their growth. Our work included a fresh new brand identity, encompassing everything from pull up banners, to die-cast metal lapel badges, to digital screen exposure at the SCG. As well as design direction for a new website, we also developed a detailed brand guidelines document to assist GO now and into the future.
Over the years, we have also assisted other charities and organisations with donations or voluntary work and will continue to do so.
